Not to a salesperson, and not to a switchboard. Documents answer some questions. The ones they do not tend to be specific: a tolerance you need to write into a protocol, how our measurement basis compares with yours, whether a figure holds at your mounting height, what a requalification actually involves for the system you already run. Tell us what you want to go through and we will put the right person on the call. If it is a question we cannot answer properly on the day, we will say so and come back with the answer rather than improvise one.

A real person reads every request. We reply within 24 hours, usually much sooner during European business hours.
